The “Health for Villagers” ® is underway. The purpose of the health center is to increase accessibility and quality of health care to villagers. Routine screening and testing are vital in preventing and managing many diseases. Detection and awareness are the key.
After the completion of this health complex, medical students from local institutions and expatriate physicians will have a greater opportunity to serve the villagers and gain knowledge of modern technology and advanced medical education. The goal is to involve students and interns to see village life and learn the health environment in the village. In the long run, that will gain a significant benefit for the health sector for Bangladesh.
